After Service Terms

1. Warranty Period

Standard warranty: 12 months from delivery date


2. Warranty Coverage

Free replacement of defective parts except due to incorrect-operation  

Complimentary shipping for all warranty parts replacements


3. Post-Warranty Support

Cost-effective replacement parts available

Lifetime technical support via multiple channels


4. On-site service terms

Service labor fee: US $200/day (8hour workday)

Round-trip economy airfare to be covered by customer

Accommodation and meal expenses to be arranged and paid by client

Local transportation to be provided by client


5. Service Response Commitment

Response within 4 working hours

Remote technical support: From 8am to 11pm Chinese time


6. Important Notes

Warranty excludes normal ware items and consumables

Improper operation voids warranty coverage

Custom declaration of spare parts should be arranged by client if needed
